iRobo Control Panel enables the user to manage and configure iRobo system various functionalities; such as: Robot activities, Workflows, Flow Tasks, Forms, Assets, user accounts & authorization, and Localization.
Workflows are created in iRobo Flow. A Workflow can create a whole process using nodes for the Robot to automate any business process; as an example: runs API that integrates with other systems, automates a process where the user fills some form data or send email, etc...
Flow Tasks displays the Robot flow of Tasks created in a Workflow in iRobo Flow in order to automate a specific business process.
Forms take information from the user while running a Workflow in iRobo Flow. A form is used to collect data from the user within the flow of tasks in a Workflow; for example: student form, event form, etc...
Assets are Data Objects that stores Data in iRobo system. Assets can be managed from iRoboControlPanel or iRobo Studio Activities.
Admin is used to mange system user accounts and authorization which grants/ denies user privileges on system functionalities. A user account could be a normal user using the system or a Robot that runs a Workflow.
Localization manages system Languages; which allows the user to select his preferable Language from a predefined list.
