iRobo.Activity. Decrease PDF Size

Activity that reduces pdf size.        


     Note: 

         To be able to use this activity, the iRobo Activities Extension Pack must be installed on the machine.

                                                                               

Properties

Input

  • Input PDF Path - PDF File Path (Mandatory)
  • Output PDF Path - Path of output pdf file (Mandatory)


Option                                                                                

  • Compression Level – Dropdown for compression level from 0 to 4.


Misc                                                                                

  • DisplayName – Decrease PDF Size


Steps of Using Decrease PDF Size Activity

  1. Open iRobo Studio.
  2. Navigate to Existing Project or create new project.
  3. Right click on project name and create new workflow.
  4. Drag the Decrease PDF Size Activity from the Toolbox.
  5. Type the PDF path in Input PDF Path.
  6. Type the output pdf file Output PDF Path .
  7. Choose the compression level  .
  8. Click Save Button from iRobo Studio Menu or press Ctrl + s keyboard shortcut to save the workflow.
  9. Click Play Button to start the conversion process.
