iRobo.Activity.Excel Scope

Reads an Excel file worksheet.


     Note: 

         Before using Office Activities, check Office Automation prerequisites from Office Page.

         Excel Scope Activity is designed to to be used for most related Excel Activities.

                                                                       

Properties

Input

  • File Password -  Enter Excel File's password for opening.
  • File Path -  Excel file path including name and extension. (Mandatory)
  • Modify Password -  Enter Excel File's password for editing.
  • Visible -  Check if action is visible in excel application. 
  • SheetName -  Excel Sheet name of current Workbook. (Mandatory)


Misc                                                                                                        

  • DisplayName -  Activity header name.


Steps of Using Excel Scope

  1. Open iRobo Studio, and then open a new Workflow.
  2. Drag Excel Scope Activity to the Sequence.
  3. Enter workbook path including excel file name and extension in FilePath field in Property Panel, or select the file from the browse button in the activity panel as shown in the image below.

  1. Drop the EasyExcel Activities into the body of ExcelScope Activity.
  2. Click Save button from iRobo Studio Menu to save Workflow.
  3. Click Play button to start the automated process.
