iRobo.Activity. Extract Scanned PDF Text

Activity that converts scanned pdf file to text PDF file.


     Note: 

         To be able to use this activity, the iRobo Activities Extension Pack must be installed on the machine.

                                                                                       

Properties

Input

  • Scanned PDF Path - Path for the scanned pdf (Mandatory)
  • Output Directory - Path directory for saving images and text that are extracted from Scanned pdf (Mandatory)
  • Enhance Contrast - option for enhance image quality
  • Enhance Sharpness - option for enhance image quality
  • Remove Noise - option for enhance image quality


Misc                                                                                        

  • DisplayName – Activity header name.


Steps of Using Extract Scanned PDF Text Activity

  1. Open iRobo Studio.
  2. Navigate to Existing Project or create new project.
  3. Right click on project name and create new workflow.
  4. Drag the Extract Scanned PDF Text Activity from the Toolbox.
  5. Type the scanned pdf path in Scanned PDF Path Input .
  6. Type Output Directory to save the extracted image and text from the scanned pdf..
  7. Click Save Button from iRobo Studio Menu or press Ctrl + S keyboard shortcut to save the workflow.
  8. Click Play Button to start the conversion process.
