iRobo.Activity.Select Application

Runs & opens Desktop Application or Web Browser.        


                                                                                                                                                               

Properties

Input

  • AllowMultiple - If enabled, allows multiple Applications to be focused. Its input is True/False arguments.
  • ApplicationUser - Get focused Application user name.
  • Arguments - Get focused Application arguments.
  • Element Selector - Generate Script for selected Element.
  • FileName - Opened Application/ Window name and path. (Mandatory)
  • IgnoreErrors - Ignore exception error or not. Its input is True/False arguments.
  • IsImmersiveProcess - Check if running selected process is an immersive Application or not. Its input is True/False arguments.
  • Processname -  Name of running Application. (Mandatory)
  • Timeout - Time to execute activity.


Misc

  • DisplayName -  Activity header name.


Steps of Using Select Application Activity   

  1. Open iRobo Studio, and then open a new Workflow.
  2. Drag Get Application Activity to the Sequence.
  3. Click on Select Application button in the Activity, to select  Application or Process to be opened.

     Note: 

         You can manually insert ProcessName and FileName path of the Application to get.
  1. Click Open Selector button to access Sync Tree of the selected Application.
  2. Click Save button from iRobo Studio Menu to save Workflow.
  3. Click Play button to start the automated process, and call the Application.
