iRobo.Activity.SalesForce Application Scope

SalesForce Application Scope activity holds SalesForce credentials and all the SalesForec Activities.


     Note: 

         SalesForce Application Scope Activity is designed to hold all SalesForce Activities.          

         For more information about creating iRobo connection, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret, 

         go to the SalesForce Integration Prerequisites Page and SalesForce Integration Page.


                                                                                                               

Properties

Misc

  • DisplayName - Activity header name.


Input

  • Consumer Key -  Consumer Key for a connected Salesforce app. (Mandatory)
  • Consumer Secret - Consumer Secret for a connected Salesforce app. (Mandatory)
  • Password -  Enter the SalesForce Account password. (Mandatory)
  • username -  Enter the SalesForce Account username. (Mandatory)


Steps of Using SalesForce Application Scope Activity

  1. Open iRobo Studio, and then open a new Workflow.
  2. Drag SalesForce Application Scope Activity to the Sequence.
  3. Enter your Salesforce account password in the Password field in Properties Panel.
  4. Enter your Salesforce account username in the username field in Properties Panel.
  5. Enter the Consumer Key field in Input in Properties Panel.
  6. Enter the Consumer Secret field in Input in Properties Panel.
  7. Drag any SalesForce Activity inside the Activity Scope.   
  8. Click the Save button from the iRobo Studio Menu to save Workflow.
  9. Click the Play button to start the automated process.
